2. Our products

We sell personality-inspired gemstone jewellery and related products. Product images, stone descriptions, colours and sizes are provided as accurately as possible, but gemstones, plated finishes and handmade details may vary slightly from piece to piece.

Personality type references are used for self-expression, storytelling and gift selection. They are not psychological, medical or professional advice.

3. Voting, backing and pre-orders

Some designs may be shown before full production.

A vote shows interest in a design. A vote is not a confirmed purchase unless you complete payment at checkout.

A back or pre-order means you are reserving or purchasing a design before it is ready to ship. The product page will explain whether the item is ready-to-ship, made-to-order or dependent on a minimum backing goal.

If a design does not reach the required production goal, we may cancel the pre-order and refund the amount paid, or offer you an alternative option.

Estimated production and delivery dates are estimates only. We will update you if production or shipping is delayed.

4. Prices, discounts and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Discounts, vote rewards and launch offers apply only under the conditions stated on the product page or offer page.

Taxes, VAT, import duties and customs fees may apply depending on your delivery country. Unless checkout clearly states that duties and taxes are included, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges required by their country.

5. Orders and payment

Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if there is a payment issue, stock error, pricing error, suspected fraud, or if we cannot fulfil the order.

Payment must be made through the payment methods offered at checkout. We do not store your full card details. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.

6. Shipping

Shipping terms, delivery estimates, duties, customs and tracking are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by production, courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, incorrect addresses or events outside our control.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your cancellation, return and refund rights are explained in our Refund & Return Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes your statutory consumer rights.

8. Product care

Jewellery should be kept away from water, perfume, chemicals, heavy impact and extreme heat unless the product page states otherwise. Natural wear, plating wear, accidental damage, misuse or failure to follow care instructions may not be treated as a product fault.

9. Intellectual property

All website content, brand names, product names, images, text, design layouts, logos, campaign concepts and creative materials are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify or use our content without written permission.

Personality type references are used for inspiration and product storytelling. soulstone / SOUL STONES is not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party personality assessment provider unless expressly stated.

10. Designer and artist submissions

If you submit a design, artwork, name, image or creative idea to us, you confirm that:

· you created it or have the right to submit it;

· it does not copy or infringe another person or brand;

· we may display it on our website, social channels and community voting pages for the purpose of review, voting, promotion and selection;

· if the design is selected for production, a separate written designer agreement may be required before manufacturing, royalties or commercial use begin.

Submitting a design does not guarantee selection, payment, production or publication.

If a designer agreement is signed, that agreement will control royalties, rights, production terms and payment details.

11. User content and community behaviour

If you post reviews, comments, votes, messages or other content, you must not submit content that is illegal, abusive, misleading, discriminatory, infringing, spam, or harmful to others. We may remove content or restrict access if needed to protect the community or comply with law.

12. 1% cause commitment

Where stated, we may reserve 1% of net product sales from selected ring sales, excluding taxes, duties, shipping, refunds and chargebacks, for causes selected by community vote. The exact cause, timing and donation method may be published separately.

13. Limitation of liability

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for indirect business losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
